you can go to billytalent.com in the forum there’s a thread for messages for the band.
you can also twitter the band or write on their facebook wall.

sometimes they answer but that’s really rare, just think about how many messages they receive. they wouldn’t be able to make music if they’d answer them all. but try it, maybe you’re lucky :)
